What is included in a “Private Event”

Your private event includes 2 hours of exclusive use of both our cafe and playroom. Rentals accommodate up to 18 children and 50 guests total.
You are welcome to bring your own food and decorations to make the space your own. Hosts are responsible for setup and cleaning up after the event.
How early can I arrive for my event ?

Each event includes a shared 30-minute setup window before the scheduled start time and a shared 30-minute cleanup window following the event. Because these timeframes are shared with the event before or after yours, we ask that you arrive no earlier than 30 minutes before your scheduled start time and promptly wrap up at the end of your allotted time.
Do you offer decorating or themed parties ?

Absolutely! We offer themed party options through two of our party packages, which include Little Bean purchasing and setting up the decorations for your chosen theme.
We don’t have a set list of themes! We specialize in customized celebrations, so you can choose any theme you’d like for your little one’s special day. From favorite characters and hobbies to colors, animals, and everything in between, we’ll work with you to create a party that feels uniquely theirs.

What party themes do you offer ?
A $150 nonrefundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your event date and time. If you need to reschedule, we offer one complimentary reschedule based on our availability. Additional rescheduling requests may be subject to additional fees, and the original deposit remains nonrefundable.
